Navs walk-off with win

The Navigators walked away with a 4-3 victory on a sac fly by Chase Harrison in the ninth inning on Thursday night in the Fraser Field home opener over the New Bedford Bay Sox.

Bay Sox starter Tom Marra kept the Navs offense in check over eight innings, but Dario Pizzano doubled in a run in the ninth to tie it before scoring on the game-winning sac fly. With the win, the Navs move to 4-3 on the young season.

Clinton Harwick hit a solo home run in the fourth, and four relievers combined to throw six innings of two-hit ball as the Navs now sport a team ERA of a mere 1.57. They return to action on Friday night (6:15 PM) at Fraser Field against the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide.
